Trust Wallet is a secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that enables people to own and control their digital assets. It helps users explore Web3, access dApps, manage crypto, and buy and sell digital assets.
Responsibilities
•Own end-to-end delivery and iteration of new trading products, from requirements and specifications through launch, post-launch analysis, and continuous optimization
•Build community- and creator-driven experiences that help users discover opportunities and make better trading decisions
•Design and scale user growth programs, including referrals, invites, rewards, and partner incentives, with attribution, reward logic, settlement, and abuse prevention
•Explore and build products around tokenized real-world assets (RWA), bringing new asset classes to on-chain trading while addressing their specific requirements
•Apply knowledge of Web3 fundamentals, DEX mechanics, and market data to product decisions and establish a solid trading foundation for new products
•Define success metrics, set up tracking, and run experiments to improve activation, retention, and trading volume
•Track on-chain trends and the consumer crypto landscape, turning insights into product iterations and opportunities beyond the current roadmap
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience as a product manager
•At least 3 years of experience with consumer crypto trading products, such as wallets, DEXs/aggregators, or trading apps
•Deep, first-hand familiarity with social and copy-trading apps and on-chain discovery tools, including personal use and an independent perspective
•Solid understanding of on-chain trading, including DEX and aggregator routing, slippage, gas, MEV, token market data, and memecoin/launchpad dynamics
•Proven execution and strong communication skills, including shipping quickly, running parallel workstreams, writing clear PRDs, and staying resilient in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
•Strong growth and data skills, including metrics, funnels, cohorts, viral coefficient, LTV/CAC, and experiment design
Nice to have
•Hands-on experience building referral, affiliate, or rebate programs, including reward mechanics, attribution, commission settlement, and anti-fraud
•Experience with creator/KOL ecosystems or community operations
