Responsibilities
•Design and deliver user interfaces through wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
•Lead large-scale design initiatives from vision and strategy through execution
•Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to define problems, align on goals, and meet user and business needs
•Communicate design concepts and decisions to promote team alignment and understanding
•Validate ideas with the UX Research and Analytics team and create solutions grounded in user needs and behavioral data
•Work with the development team to implement and review UI/UX solutions
•Improve design processes with the UX team and help develop the design system to maintain consistency while enabling flexibility and scale
Requirements
•At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience
•Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where the product, technology, and priorities evolve quickly
•Experience designing complex functional interfaces
•Willingness to explore complex programming topics
•Ability to prototype, verify, present, and explain UI/UX solutions
•Diligence and attention to detail
•Spoken and written English sufficient for everyday communication and documentation
•Proactivity, independence, and strong time-management skills
•Ability to work in a team and seek feedback to improve solutions and processes

•Experience designing developer-focused products or in technical environments
•Programming experience
