•Define product requirements, specifications, features, and functionality based on customer needs and business priorities.
•Build, manage, and continuously prioritize product backlogs and roadmaps.
•Translate complex business and scientific challenges into actionable product initiatives.
•Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to make informed product decisions.
•Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Scientific, and Product Owner teams to drive successful product delivery.
•Ensure features and initiatives are delivered on time, to the expected quality standards, and in line with the original product vision.
•Proactively identify blockers, resolve dependencies, and keep development moving forward.

•Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from users, internal stakeholders, and commercial teams.
•Translate customer feedback and industry challenges into meaningful product improvements.

•Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and agile delivery processes.
•Comfortable leveraging AI tools as part of daily product management workflows.
•Exceptional ownership mentality, with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives without constant direction.
•Outstanding academic record and strong intellectual curiosity.
•Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
•Previous experience in AI-native SaaS, enterprise software, or complex B2B technology platforms.
•Experience working within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or life sciences technology environments.
•Hands-on experience with Claude Code, AI agents, or AI-assisted software development.
•Familiarity with clinical development processes, clinical trials, or pharmaceutical R&D workflows.
•Experience scaling products within venture-backed startups or high-growth technology companies.
•Technical background or demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with software engineering and data science teams.
Conditions
•Help develop an AI-native platform transforming a global, multibillion-dollar clinical development industry.
•Join a rapidly scaling company backed by $52.5 million in Series A funding, with ambitious international expansion plans.

•Work alongside talented teams across Engineering, Data, AI, Scientific, and Commercial functions.
•Contribute to technology designed to reduce clinical trial complexity, accelerate drug development, and ultimately help new therapies reach patients faster.
