Задачи (Responsibilities)
•Generate actionable insights from data to support product and business decisions
•Design, run, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to implementation and reporting
•Define and develop business and product metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities
•Monitor key metrics and detect anomalies or trends that require attention
•Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify problem areas and uncover growth opportunities
•Write clean, efficient SQL and Python code to extract, transform, and analyze data
•Collaborate on implementing tracking events and properties to improve product analytics coverage
•Work with the CPO, Product Managers, Analysts, Product Designers, and Data Scientists to drive data-informed decisions
Требования (Requirements)
•3+ Years of experience in analytics
•Strong understanding of A/B testing and statistics
•Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, report automation, dashboards, and data visualizations
•Proficiency in Python for data analysis, visualization, and automation
•Experience with BI tools, especially Tableau; Power BI and Amplitude are also acceptable
•Deep understanding of metrics and ability to define them from scratch based on product logic
•Strong product thinking and ability to connect data insights with business goals

•Experience analyzing paid and affiliate traffic
•Understanding of advertising, user tracking, and attribution principles
•ML expertise such as cluster analysis and regression models
•Airflow, GitLab, dbt
