About the Role
You will coordinate end-to-end customer activations across products and work with Treasury, Compliance, Product Operations, customer-facing teams, and Engineering. You will guide institutional customers through setup, investigate edge cases, report activation status, manage dormant-account reviews, and improve activation processes for new products.
Requirements
•4 to 5 years of experience in client onboarding or activation, payment operations, or customer operations within fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets
•Coordination skills for multi-team and multi-step processes
•Investigative and problem-solving skills
•Ability to trace money and data across systems
•Attention to detail and documentation skills
•Written communication skills with institutional clients and internal collaborators
•Proficiency with Salesforce
•Proficiency with Jira
