Nuitée

Product manager in customer operations

In short

A senior, fully remote product manager role owning Customer Operations — the internal systems and tooling that let the CS team resolve issues and keep bookings fulfilled, covering configuration, incident handling, and fulfillment tracking. The company is Nuitée, with a low-bureaucracy, high-autonomy culture where teams make their own product decisions. Candidates need several years of end-to-end ownership of a product or business area, deep understanding of operations/support/internal-tooling economics (cost-to-serve, fulfillment, efficiency trade-offs), and comfort working closely with engineering on technically complex systems. The role includes meaningful equity as compensation.

About the Role
This is a product role where a good idea in the morning can be in the product by the evening. You'll own Customer Operations: the internal systems and tooling that let Nuitee's CS team resolve issues and keep bookings fulfilled, across configuration, incident handling, and fulfillment tracking. You'll run it as a full business and product domain.
Responsibilities
You're accountable for the outcomes, economics, priorities, and product decisions. You'll help define what success looks like, then decide with your team what to prioritise, what to test, what to build, and where to make trade-offs. You'll agree what success looks like, then decide with your team how to get there.
•How do we raise fulfillment rate and cut incident/ticket volume without growing CS headcount or cost in proportion?
•What internal tooling would let CS resolve problems faster, with less manual work and fewer handoffs?
•Where should we invest in CS systems to get the clearest return, in P&L terms, for the company?
Requirements
•Have owned a product or business area end to end for several years and can show the outcomes you drove.
•Understand operations, support, or internal-tooling economics, especially cost-to-serve, fulfillment, or efficiency trade-offs.
•Can go deep into systems and operational mechanics and turn that into product decisions.
•Are comfortable working closely with engineering on technically complex products.
•Have worked in a high-pressure environment where you were expected to drive the outcome yourself.
•Are willing to go deep into operations and cost/efficiency thinking rather than staying at surface-level product management.
•Operations or internal-tooling depth matters more to us than travel experience.
•You'll do well here if ambiguity does not slow you down, you like going deep into difficult problems, and you want to be accountable for what your product actually delivers.
Conditions
There's very little red tape, teams make their own product decisions, and the culture is much closer to ask for forgiveness than wait for permission. If something makes sense, you can test it quickly instead of spending weeks getting alignment. This role comes with meaningful equity, so when we hit our next growth milestones, you get real upside in the company you're helping build.
