About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our private client team in Tbilisi, someone who knows how to work with discerning buyers. You will offer clients a personal, discreet and seamless experience, and close high-value property transactions.
Responsibilities
•Act as the personal point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
•Bring in new clients through your existing network and personal recommendations
•Host private viewings and individual project presentations
•Shape tailored property proposals around each client's lifestyle and investment priorities
•Negotiate and close premium transactions from start to finish
•Handle client data with full confidentiality and keep CRM records accurate
•Provide ongoing after-sales care to build long-term loyalty
•Achieve personal sales and revenue goals
Requirements
•4+ years in premium or luxury sales, for example in real estate, private banking, luxury cars or fine jewellery
•An existing network of affluent, high-net-worth clients
•Experience in running private viewings and personal presentations
•A tactful, discreet manner and a commitment to excellent service
•Proven results in closing high-value deals
•Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
•Fluency in Russian and Georgian
•A good command of English
