Our People team is on a mission to make work life smoother for every Back Maker — and payroll is at the heart of it. We're in the middle of an exciting HR transformation: strengthening our in-house payroll expertise, automating People Operations, and improving the employee experience through smarter processes and tools.
Based in Paris or Bordeaux, you'll join our Payroll & People Operations team and take ownership of French payroll for approximately 300 employees (523 in France), with a scope that will continue to grow. You'll also contribute to our international payroll operations and HR automation roadmap, leveraging Workday and AI-powered tools to make our processes more efficient, reliable, and scalable. Reporting to the Lead Payroll & People Operations, you'll combine hands-on payroll expertise, end-to-end payroll cycle in house, close collaboration with external providers (international), and a continuous improvement mindset.
