About the team
The Care & Shipping Data Analytics team turns operational data into actionable insights to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction across Customer Care, Seller Care, Quality and Shipping. We partner with business stakeholders, maintain monitoring tools and provide clear recommendations to support both day-to-day operations and long-term decisions.
Responsibilities
•Conduct in-depth analyses to help Operations Specialists improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction across Customer Care, Seller Care, Quality and Shipping
•Be an active contributor to the strategy, thinking beyond immediate analysis to understand the long-term implications of actions
•Collaborate closely with business stakeholders: supporting their needs, sharing your analysis & recommendations in an impactful way to get their buy-in
•Maintain, update and improve the monitoring tools (SQL, Omni)
•Mentor business stakeholders on their data needs
Requirements
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management or Engineering with a specialization in data & analytics or equivalent
•Strong skills in data analytics, visualization and modeling, including experience with SQL; ideally with Omni, Google Analytics/Datastudio and Amplitude
•Interested in helping the business grow thanks to the data analyzed (project management/coordination skills)
•Good communication skills, able to make your work accessible to a non-technical audience
•Ability to work autonomously
•Enjoy doing concrete things and not afraid to get your hands dirty
•Great team player
•Fluent in English
•Looking for a 5-6 month full-time internship from January 2027 based in Barcelona
•Current French university able to provide an internship agreement
Bonus points: Knowledge of server-side tagging, experience with an advertising platform (Google Ads, Meta), or a personal project involving tracking or data.
