In short

Customer Care Specialist role (one full-time 100% and one part-time 80% position) at GARDENA's Nordic Customer Care team in Sweden, handling daily customer, sales, and logistics contact across the Nordic market. The company is an international garden-tools brand within Husqvarna Group, working mostly from the office in Huskvarna or Jonsered. The role demands professional-level Swedish and Norwegian, good English, and strong customer service/order administration skills, with daily office presence expected.

About the role
Last date to apply: 19 November 2026
Do you master Swedish and Norwegian at a professional level, and would you like to help create the best customer experience in the Nordic market?
GARDENA, part of Husqvarna Group, is looking for two Customer Care Specialists for our Nordic Customer Care team in Sweden. One position is full-time (100%), and the other is part-time (80%).
We are building the Customer Care organisation of the future, and we are looking for service-minded colleagues who master Swedish and Norwegian and who like to solve challenges and make a difference for customers every day. You will work in a Nordic and international environment where collaboration, customer focus and development are central to everything we do.
What we offer
At GARDENA you become part of Husqvarna Group, an international organisation with strong brands and ambitious goals. You will join an engaged Nordic team with a strong spirit of collaboration and shared responsibility.
The role gives broad contact across functions and markets, as well as the opportunity to influence and improve the way we work. You will develop your knowledge of customer service, products, systems and business processes in an environment where learning and customer value go hand in hand.
About the role
As a Customer Care Specialist you have an important role in creating a smooth and professional customer experience across the whole Nordic market. You will have daily contact with our customers, the sales organisation, logistics and other internal functions, and ensure that questions, orders, deliveries and complaints are handled efficiently and with high quality.
You take ownership of customer cases, communicate clearly and proactively, and contribute to the further development of Customer Care Nordic.
Key responsibilities
•Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
•Provide support related to products, orders, deliveries and complaints.
•Register, manage and follow up customer orders.
•Ensure correct customer and order data in our systems.
•Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, logistics, planning and other support functions.
You will also contribute to improving processes and ways of working, and participate in projects and development initiatives within Customer Care Nordic.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who thrives on customer contact and is motivated by finding solutions. You are structured, precise and comfortable taking responsibility for your work.
You communicate clearly in both Swedish and Norwegian, collaborate well across functions and borders, and contribute positively to the team.
Qualifications
As the role involves daily contact with customers in several Nordic countries, language skills are essential. You must master Swedish and Norwegian at a professional level, and preferably also Danish.
Good English skills are required, and experience from a Nordic organisation is an advantage.
We would also like you to have:
•Previous experience from customer service, order administration or a similar service-oriented role.
•Strong administrative and organisational skills.
•A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to take ownership of customer cases.
•Good digital skills and confidence working in multiple systems.
•Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Workplace
Huskvarna or Jonsered in Sweden.
