About the Role
Atlean World is an HR SaaS Consultant that aims to promote multicultural environments as the new reality. We specialize in multilingual markets, making the candidate's recruitment journey smoother and more enjoyable.
We are looking for Norwegian native speakers with good English skills (B2 level or higher) who want to start or continue their career in Customer Support. Even if you have no previous experience, this role gives you the opportunity to grow in a professional and international environment. You will be helping customers, solving problems and creating positive experiences every single day.
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
•Language Maestro: Fluent in Norwegian, good English
•Strong communication and active listening skills
•A problem-solving, can-do mindset
•Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
•Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
•Availability to work in shifts
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Clean criminal record
•B2+ English level
•Availability to relocate to Portugal
