About the Position
Our team is growing – and so is our office and everything that needs to be organized behind the scenes. As a Facility Service Employee (m/f/d), you ensure that our daily office life runs smoothly and that our employees can rely on a well-organized and pleasant working environment.
You keep track of orders and materials, coordinate external service providers, and pitch in yourself when something needs to be done in the office. You combine organization with a hands-on mentality: you recognize what is needed, take care of it, and quickly find a pragmatic solution even for spontaneous challenges.
Your Tasks
•You take care of ordering and coordinating materials for our field staff and manage our internal Shopify page
•You are in regular contact with external service providers, keeping track of stock and changes
•You receive deliveries and support smaller handyman tasks in the office
•You keep an overview of the daily routine in the office and ensure everything runs smoothly, from the reception area to the employee kitchens
•You make sure all employees feel comfortable in the office and that the workplace is always inviting
Your Profile
•Initial experience in building cleaning, housekeeping, or office facility management is an advantage, but not a must
•You enjoy working on a laptop, Excel is not a foreign word to you, and you can quickly familiarize yourself with digital tools and processes
•You enjoy working practically and lending a hand yourself
•You have a good eye for cleanliness, structure, and efficient processes
•Very good communication skills in German. English skills are a plus but not required
•You enjoy supporting colleagues and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
•You are resilient and cope well even in spontaneous situations
