Do you have experience in commercial order processing, a good technical understanding, and can you keep track of several ongoing orders at once? Then become part of our team and accompany our repair and maintenance orders from order placement through to successful billing.
Your Tasks
•Commercial processing of repair, refurbishment and maintenance orders
•Coordination and monitoring of deadlines and deliveries
•Material planning, order processing and delivery date tracking
•Organization and monitoring of transports
•Communication with customers, suppliers, field service, and other internal and external contacts
•Review of supplier invoices and preparation of customer, advance payment and final invoices
•Monitoring of incoming payments and support with dunning processes
•Handling of complaints, returns and invoice corrections
Your Profile
•Completed commercial apprenticeship/training
•Several years of professional experience in order processing
•Good technical understanding
•Confident handling of standard software
•Good German and English skills
•Structured and reliable way of working as well as strong customer and team orientation
