From our brand-new logistics centre in Soesterberg, you contribute every day to an operation that is essential to the deployability of the armed forces.
In this versatile role as Capacity Planner, you are responsible for staff scheduling and ensure the right employees are deployed at the right time. In addition, you manage time registration, process personnel data, and support the operation with reliable reports.
What will you do?
No day is the same. One day you make schedules and process time registrations, the other day you compile reports, process changes, or make sure new colleagues get off to a good start. Thanks to your organizational skills and eye for detail, staff planning continues to run smoothly.
You will be involved in, among other things:
•Managing and processing personnel data in systems such as ATOSS;
•Processing time registrations, leave requests and absences;
•Supporting staff planning;
•Preparing reports for payroll processing and temporary employment agencies;
•Onboarding new employees;
•Arranging badges, work clothing and safety shoes;
•Various supporting reception and facility activities.

What You Bring
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
•An accurate and structured way of working;
•Strong communication skills;
•Very good command of the Dutch language;
•Experience with workforce management systems such as ATOSS is a plus.
Important conditions
Because you work within a Defence environment:
•You hold Dutch nationality;
•You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
•You are willing to undergo a security screening (VGB).
