What You Can Expect:
Besides varied customers and exciting tasks, our two locations in Gießen offer you modern technology and a dedicated, collegial team. We will make you an expert in logistics services and our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and work together to improve our processes. Your ideas have no limits here - both technical innovations and pragmatic solutions lead to success with us.
•Project Management: You independently conceptualize, coordinate and implement customer-specific logistics and optimization projects at the location.
•IT in WMS: For change requests in the WMS, you support our developers and accompany tests and implementations at the system and process level.
•KPI Analysis: You carefully examine operational processes and systems as well as the associated key figures and prepare them for economic evaluation.
•Customer Contact: Last but not least, you form an important interface between our customers and the internal departments.
What You Bring:
•Basis: You have a degree, preferably in business administration or logistics, and ideally already have experience in the introduction and optimization of processes.
•Analytical Vision: You have a talent for analyzing and preparing data and are able to quickly identify key aspects and interactions.
•IT Skills: Your routine handling of MS Office, especially Excel, helps you in your tasks. You are also open to using new AI tools to effectively design and structure your workflow.
•Communication Talent: Your colleagues appreciate your open and communicative manner, also in English.
•Hands-on: You are a "doer", like to get involved and advance things with a high degree of initiative.
