At our modern multi-user site with around 60,000 m² of logistics space, we support various customers and diverse logistics processes. Accordingly, the requirements for our processes and standards are varied.
For us, quality means not only documentation, but above all functioning processes, clear standards and their consistent implementation in daily operations. At the same time, a conscious and efficient use of energy is an important part of our site development.
As an employee in quality and energy management, you support the Head of Site Development in the operational supervision and implementation of our management systems. You work both with key figures, documentation and evaluations as well as directly in our operational areas.
•You support the day-to-day operations of our quality management according to ISO 9001 and our energy management according to ISO 50001, and after your onboarding you take on defined subject areas independently.
•You carry out quality controls and process inspections, record deviations and support root cause analyses as well as the derivation and consistent follow-up of suitable measures.
•You create, update and maintain quality- and energy-relevant documentation and support the preparation, accompaniment and follow-up of internal and external audits as well as customer audits.
•In energy management, you record and analyze consumption data and energy performance indicators, identify anomalies and support the identification and follow-up of energy improvement potentials and energy targets.
•You prepare key figures and evaluations for audits and internal assessments, support training sessions and are a point of contact for our operational areas in day-to-day business.
What You Bring
•You have completed a commercial, technical or logistics apprenticeship or a comparable qualification and ideally bring initial professional experience in quality or energy management or a process-oriented environment.
•Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 50001 is an advantage. It is equally important to us that you are willing to develop your expertise in both management systems.
•You have a good understanding of processes and figures, enjoy working with key figures and data, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
•You work independently, in a structured and careful manner, get to the bottom of things and can address deviations objectively and in a solution-oriented way.
•You are communicative and responsible, enjoy working with different departments and feel comfortable both working with data and documentation and directly in our operational areas.
