Responsibilities

•Monitor the competitive market situation

•Research products and services offered by Armenian and international banks

•Organize and conduct quantitative and qualitative research, surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions

•Collect primary and secondary data about market conditions

•Prepare and present reports to stakeholder departments to support decision-making at the bank

Requirements

•Higher education in marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field

•Excellent English and Russian

•At least 2 years of work experience; experience in banking or financial services is preferred

•Excellent MS Office skills

•Knowledge of Power BI

•Experience working with and analyzing large databases

•Strong communication and teamwork skills
