What you will do
•Own content calendars and manage social media accounts, primarily on LinkedIn.
•Develop platform-specific strategies and create posts, newsletters, blog contributions, and campaign copy.
•Run targeted outbound campaigns through email and LinkedIn, including list building, sequencing, and execution.
•Work with the Marketing Manager, design specialists, and AI/automation team members.
•Support reporting and performance tracking across accounts.
Requirements
•At least 2 years of marketing experience.
•Excellent written and spoken English for daily client-facing content.
•Proven experience managing social media accounts in an agency or in-house environment.
•Based in Bishkek and able to work in the hybrid office-based format.
•Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, Apollo, and HeyReach in daily workflows.
Nice to have
•Experience with outbound marketing, email marketing, or lead generation.
•Design experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
•Interest in or familiarity with B2B, technology, or cybersecurity industries.
