Description

We are looking for our new teammate to fill the position of Specialist in the Bank's ATM and Terminal Service Department.

Responsibilities

•Servicing automated banking machines

•Preventive cleaning of ATMs

•Identifying and resolving problems

•Repairing/replacing faulty parts

•Resolving ongoing issues with automated banking machines

•Managing ongoing relations with organizations that service ATMs

•Monitoring ATM operations, as well as cards retained by them

Requirements

•Higher education

•Experience in digital payments or e-commerce is desirable

•Computer skills and experience in service and IT

•Good knowledge of English and Russian

•Excellent communication skills

•Technical maintenance skills

•Possession of a driver's license
