Armenotech Limited operates within the Stellar Blockchain ecosystem as a technology and integration partner. It develops blockchain-powered fintech infrastructure and products for financial institutions and payment operators, including money remittance platforms, payment gateways, tokenisation services, stablecoin issuance frameworks, and brokerage and trading platforms.
Responsibilities
•Prepare regular budgets and management reports in line with internal standards
•Maintain accurate, reconciled financial data and reports across group entities
•Process payment orders, monitor cash and wallet balances, and plan and manage liquidity
•Ensure timely settlement of invoices and service subscriptions across the organisation
•Process bookkeeping data and prepare reports for auditors and banks in line with IFRS and applicable legislation
•Participate in the annual audit and month-end and year-end closing
•Assist the CFO with due diligence documents and bank, EMI, and exchange account openings
•Reconcile intra-group fund movements and balances, and participate in corporate structuring, tax planning, and compliance
•Help automate finance processes across ERP/BI, payments, and reconciliations to reduce manual input and errors
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
•3+ Years in finance or accounting
•Hands-on experience with payment processing, cash management, and liquidity planning
•Practical knowledge of IFRS and exposure to annual audits, in-house or at an audit firm
•Experience with multi-entity or international groups, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation support
•Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, financial models, and large data sets
•Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo, or 1C
•Working knowledge of online banking, EMI platforms, and payment workflows
•Fluent English, written and spoken
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, time-management, and communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
•Proactive, ownership-oriented approach and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have
•Completed or in-progress ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or similar professional qualification
•Big Four audit experience
•Experience in IT, fintech, payments, or EMI companies
•Familiarity with wallets, networks, exchanges, and accounting treatment
•Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase
•Custody or accounting tools
•Russian and/or Armenian
Conditions
•Base salary: €1,200.00/mo - €1,800.00/mo
