We are constantly growing, and we are currently looking for a person for the position of:
Junior Controller
Location: Warsaw, hybrid work
Your responsibilities will include:
•Verifying the correctness of cost allocation in the Webcon system.
•Checking invoices and ensuring their timely approval in Webcon.
•Creating provisions for month-end closing based on data from Webcon.
•Analyzing costs and their allocation. Supporting cost and revenue analytics.
•Participating in the development of the Webcon tool and improving financial processes.
Our expectations:
•Student status or graduate of finance, economics or related fields.
•Up to 1 year of professional experience (internships or apprenticeships will be valued).
•Good knowledge of Excel.
•Knowledge of Webcon or readiness to quickly master the system.
•English language proficiency at the B2 level.
•Accuracy, diligence and an analytical approach to data.
•Basics of bookkeeping and accounting.
Nice-to-have skills:
•Experience with workflow/BPM systems (e.g. Webcon) or process automation.
•Knowledge of PowerBI and Optima systems.
