•Develop software using Java and Spring

Требования:
•At least 5 years of experience as a Java Developer
•Experience in the banking sector
•Very good knowledge of Java and Spring Framework, including Spring Boot
•Experience with microservice architecture, including design, integrations, observability, and resilience
•Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including modeling, optimization, and SQL
•Documented experience working with legacy code and modernizing or rewriting systems, including refactoring, strangler pattern, phased migrations, and regression testing
•Systemic and critical thinking, quality focus, fast learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
•Knowledge of migration and modernization patterns, such as gradual domain extraction and API contracts
•Practical experience using LLMs and AI Agents in software development, including code, test, analysis, documentation, and migration generation
•Ability to critically evaluate AI results for correctness, security, quality, requirements compliance, and standards compliance
