Responsibilities
•Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable banking applications using .NET technologies
•Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and application components
•Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, architects, QA, and other technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
•Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into software solutions
•Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
•Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party and system integrations
•Identify performance, scalability, and reliability improvements in existing applications
•Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production incidents
•Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following software development best practices
•Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
•Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in relevant ceremonies
•Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, and banking technology standards
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
•3+ years of professional experience in .NET development
•Strong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
•Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services
•Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles
•Experience with relational databases and SQL
•Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and integration principles
•Experience with Git and modern software development practices
•Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good command of English
•Must currently reside in Azerbaijan
Nice to Have
•Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
•Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other enterprise-level applications
•Experience with Java
