Responsibilities
•Support IT Service Management processes, IT asset management and procurement, Atlassian administration, and reporting
•Support the company's IT principles: "Cost-Effective & Cost-Cautious," "High Tech, Low Touch," "No Single Points of Failure," and "User-Centric and Org-Enabler"
•Improve efficiency and deliver a better user experience through relevant AI automation
Requirements
Mid-level candidates:
•2+ years' experience supporting ITIL processes
•1+ years' Jira administration experience, including creating and customising fields, forms, and dashboards
•2+ years' experience writing and presenting professional reports
•2+ years' experience managing meetings, including creating recurring invitations, setting agendas, chairing calls, and writing and distributing minutes
Associate-level candidates:
•2+ years' experience writing and presenting professional reports
•2+ years' experience managing meetings, including creating recurring invitations, setting agendas, chairing calls, and writing and distributing minutes
General:
•Work autonomously towards objectives
•Pay attention to detail
•Communicate excellently in writing and verbally
•Have a very good command of English
•Work under pressure and to tight deadlines

•Jira Service Management
•Automation in Jira
•Asset management
•Atlassian Assets (CMDB) and its integration with Jira
•Purchasing and procurement (especially IT licence management)
•ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification
•Advanced ITIL certifications
