Responsibilities
•Extract revenue data from source systems, collate and review it, and post revenue and accruals
•Reconcile revenue postings against cash received and follow up on anomalies promptly
•Update reconciliations for control frameworks and files provided to auditors
•Contribute to compiling revenue data for regulatory returns and audits
•Format large datasets into professional Excel reports and provide commentary
•Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements
•Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: basic Word, advanced Excel, and intermediate PowerPoint
•Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior audiences
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Ability to understand and summarise complex information concisely and professionally, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and solve problems quickly
Nice to have
•Month-end reporting experience
•A demonstrable interest in financial services
•Experience in a management accounts team
•Experience at a financial services institution
