Задачи
•Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations
•Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define success metrics and baselines, and evaluate released changes
•Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources
•Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior
•Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation
•Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings, challenge assumptions, and support evidence-informed decisions
•Use AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows
Требования
•2+ Years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
•Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases
•Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
•Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
•Ability to independently drive analytical projects from defining the question to delivering insights and recommendations
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
•Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence
•Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs
•Upper-Intermediate or better English
Nice to have: Google BigQuery, Python for data analysis, Amplitude, regression, clustering, causal inference, product discovery or opportunity assessment, AI-enabled analytical workflows, automations, or reusable AI solutions.
