Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT profiles
•Work with international clients and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
•Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms
•Screen and assess applications and CVs
•Conduct phone screenings and interviews in English and/or other required languages
•Present candidates and follow up with them throughout the recruitment process
•Prepare candidate reports and recommendations for clients
•Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
Requirements
•Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
•Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, particularly within the IT sector
•At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Comfortable working with international candidates and clients
•Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
•Resilient, dynamic, and organized profile
•Team-oriented mindset
•Results-driven approach and strong sense of responsibility
•Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
•English proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory)
