Responsibilities:
•Join client meetings to understand business objectives, challenges, and project requirements
•Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
•Map existing business processes and propose improvements
•Translate client needs into functional requirements with guidance from senior colleagues
•Use SQL and Excel to explore data, validate assumptions, and support business decisions
•Collaborate with developers and designers to clarify system workflows, data flows, and integration needs
•Support the preparation of business cases and comparisons of potential solutions
•Prepare process diagrams, project documentation, and client presentations
•Develop test scenarios and support user acceptance testing to verify that solutions meet agreed requirements
•Present findings, demonstrate proposed solutions, and collect client feedback
•Coordinate client follow-ups, communicate project updates, and track agreed actions
•Maintain documentation and assess how requirement changes affect project scope
Requirements:
•Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
•Strong proficiency in English
•Clear communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging with clients
•Basic understanding of business processes and the software development lifecycle
•Working knowledge of SQL and confidence using Excel and PowerPoint
•Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations
•Ability to write clear requirements and create process diagrams
•Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to deadlines and confidential information
•Ability to use AI tools effectively for analysis and documentation while verifying outputs
Nice to have: Russian, familiarity with Jira, Confluence, draw.io, or Postman
