Tasks
•Translate strategic business goals into executable functional specifications and process designs
•Support the rollout and adoption of products and solutions across target markets
•Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), gather user feedback, and manage system configuration requirements
•Create, maintain, and deliver functional documentation, user guides, and process maps
•Perform manual QA testing, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure the final product meets business standards
Requirements
•Proven background in Business Design, Market Activation, User Validation & Configuration, and Documentation Production
•Strong business-oriented mindset focused on value delivery and process optimization
•Solid skills and genuine interest in manual QA and functional testing
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence
•English at full professional proficiency
