About the Role
You will own enterprise customer relationships and deals from the first conversation through contract execution. You will develop joint account plans and pipelines with a strategic partner, lead discovery through negotiation, navigate procurement, refine sales methods and forecasts, and share customer insights with product and research teams.
Requirements
•5+ years of enterprise sales or account-management experience for B2B SaaS or technical enterprise products
•Experience independently owning the full sales cycle
•Track record of closing large enterprise deals with multiple decision-makers
•Working understanding of LLMs and generative AI
•Ability to autonomously design and execute sales processes
•Professional fluency in Japanese and English
Responsibilities
•Drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth with a strategic partner
•Co-develop account plans and joint pipelines with partner sales teams
•Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle from discovery through contract execution
•Navigate enterprise procurement, technical evaluation, legal review, and security review
•Build repeatable sales methodology and forecasts for partner-led deals
•Share customer and market insights with product and research teams
•Collaborate in Japanese and English across teams and markets
