Gestionnaire Crédit Client (Customer Credit Manager)
As part of a replacement following a retirement, we are hiring on a permanent contract (CDI) at our site in DIEPPE (76) a Customer Credit Manager (M/F).
Reporting to the Customer Credit Supervisor, you will ensure the collection of customer invoices for the assigned portfolio.
Your missions:
•Conduct financial investigations to define and validate payment terms and methods
•Validate and review credit limits
•Handle payment delays
•Block / unblock customer accounts
•Validate orders exceeding credit limits
•Manage collections and disputes (follow up with customers and negotiate payment schedules, monitor doubtful/pre-doubtful account tables, post entries at closing, build dispute files)
•Carry out collection agency follow-ups
•Handle administrative tasks
Your profile:
•Holder of a Bac+2 level qualification, you have basic accounting knowledge and enjoy customer contact
•You are recognized for your reliability, organization, interpersonal skills, and team spirit
•You are comfortable with the Office pack, notably Excel (tables, sorting, data lookups, etc.) and IT tools
