Responsibilities
•Collaborate with the Game Director and Game Design team on design decisions for a large AAA first-person shooter
•Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives, new features, and design overhauls; hold brainstorming and playtest sessions
•Work with engineers, artists, and producers to design, tune, and implement game design directions
•Lead complex, challenging, and impactful game aspects with minimal oversight
•Analyze internal and external metrics and feedback, and adjust the design or game balance when needed
•Contribute to prototyping, game balancing, and gameplay tuning
Requirements
•Experience in Game Design for first- or third-person shooter games
•Full-cycle and multi-discipline development experience, including at least one shipped title as a game designer
•Knowledge of 3D level and game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal 5
•Strong attention to quality and detail, creatively and technically
•Strong creative skills
•Excellent organization and communication skills
•Familiarity with project management methodologies and software
•Passion for games
•English proficiency in verbal, written, and technical communication
