Responsibilities
•Monitor PSP balances daily to ensure sufficient funds for processing
•Analyze metrics across multiple payment solutions
•Reconcile daily transactions
•Manage settlements for PSPs without automated settlement processes
•Execute requested refunds using back-office applications
•Liaise with payment vendors on account openings, onboarding, updates, and compliance-related requests
•Support the Product team with new implementations, system updates, and ongoing projects
•Handle internal and external payment-related queries
•Collect monthly fees, reconcile invoices, and prepare reports
Requirements
•Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
•At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
•Excellent command of English
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel
•Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to Have
•Experience with online payment solutions or in the Forex industry
•Knowledge of additional languages
