Position Overview
As a Financial Analyst with advanced Excel skills, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
•Prepare comprehensive reporting packages for management, including financial performance summaries, variance analyses
•Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget/forecast
•Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance and trends
•Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the finance function
•Assist with the development of the annual budget process
•Assist with ad hoc projects
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
•2+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
•Advanced knowledge of Excel is a critical requirement
•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and Excel
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
•Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent English skills – writing and verbal
Nice to Have
•Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA or CPA are preferred but not required
•Microsoft Power BI tools are a plus
