Responsibilities:
•Analyze product performance, disbursements, SP, NPL, and product changes.
•Use SQL to analyze mobile app funnels, retention, customer base, and KPIs.
•Build dashboards and reports for management, sales, finance, and risk.
•Support Collections with PAR/NPL, vintage, and roll-rate analysis.
Requirements:
•3+ years in analytics or BI, including 1+ year as an analyst.
•Advanced Excel, confident SQL, and BI tool experience.
•Experience with 1C and Bitrix24; understanding of ETL/ELT tools and platforms.
