Responsibilities
•Expose process data to product teams in a meaningful, actionable way, enabling proactive access without friction or analyst assistance
•Create, track, and own key metrics and results for product and operational teams, keeping them accountable throughout the quarter
•Work with data scientists to develop methods for detecting and mitigating financial crime
•Build a framework for managing risk and customer experience at scale
•Scope new opportunities and suggest features, rules, and models to combat emerging risks
•Collaborate with Product, Data Scientists, Engineering, and Operations
•Help teams make data-driven decisions and influence their direction
Requirements
•Strong quantitative skills; ideally a background in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, or another scientific field
•Experience with SQL and Python
•Strong communication skills and ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
•Ability to structure business problems with minimal supervision, prioritize independently, and simplify complex systems and ideas into understandable models
•Ability to take work beyond analysis and get things done
•Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau, and data storytelling ability
•4+ years of professional data analysis experience
