Задачи
•Develop clear and measurable targets based on initiative scope and improve forecasting and goal-setting capabilities
•Act as an internal go-to person for data-related questions
•Support product experimentation and testing by designing test plans, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, executing analysis, and delivering actionable insights
•Help build analytics foundations for a self-serve data platform with technical peers
•Build dashboards for weekly monitoring of company OKRs
•Educate teams through function-led training and team-wide workshops to improve data literacy
•Collaborate with analytics teams across N26 on shared platforms, insights, and innovations
•Support discovery of new product ideas, user friction points, and business opportunities
•Evaluate continuous product releases through experimental or observational methods
•Combine qualitative and quantitative research with UX researchers to improve product hypotheses
•Ensure required data is captured through tracking events or backend service development
•Drive quantitative analysis for the segment and own insights and business discovery
Требования
•At least 1 year of experience, ideally in Product or Analytics
•Strong understanding of statistical methods for experimental and observational data
•Advanced SQL and Python/R skills for analytics
•Strong understanding of experimentation methods, including A/B testing
•Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Looker, or Superset
•Good presentation and communication skills
•Nice to have: experience in high-growth startups working with customer identity/KYC, quantitative research, fintech, LLM conversational BI
