Responsibilities
•Manage liquidity
•Oversee payment transactions, verify payments, and resolve issues
•Track daily operational transactions and maintain accurate records
•Monitor account balances continuously
•Process financial data
•Ensure cost-effective and legally compliant operations
•Organize and maintain an up-to-date project documentation workflow
•Collaborate with the Financial team on financial reporting and forecasting
•Monitor subscription billing cycles and ensure uninterrupted system operations
Requirements
•Experience as a Back Office Specialist, Payment Specialist, Operational Specialist, or in a similar role
•Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
•Background in banks, fintech, or financial institutions
•Strong knowledge of operations and compliance
•Deep understanding of payment processes and payment systems
•Fluent in English and Russian
