Задачи
•Identify and gather requirements from various sources
•Analyze and document technical requirements from stakeholders
•Conduct business meetings and joint sessions on application and requirements development
•Draw up, review, and systemize project documentation for process selection
•Create and maintain business and software requirements documentation
•Help maintain the roadmap and conduct gap analysis
•Cooperate closely with development teams
•Analyze risks and causes of errors during system development
•Design APIs
•Work with databases
•Model domain areas, business processes, algorithms, functional capabilities, and service interactions using UML and BPMN-related diagrams
•Participate in Scrum ceremonies
Требования
•2+ Years of commercial experience as a System Analyst
•Experience developing software documentation and knowledge of security best practices
•Experience modeling business processes with UML and BPMN
•Knowledge of database structures and types
•Experience writing SQL queries and working with databases
•Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
•Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and experience managing requirements
•Strong analytical skills for critically evaluating information from multiple sources
•Experience designing REST APIs
•Ability to adapt an approach to changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances, and feedback
•Self-confidence and ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers
•Upper-Intermediate English or above
•Intermediate+ German or above
