About the Role
The US Event Marketing team at S&P Global Ratings delivers high-impact events that connect S&P's analytical expertise with clients and market participants across the country. •Manage all aspects of event logistics — including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, registration, on-site execution, staffing, materials, A/V, and post-event follow-up — consistently delivering high-quality attendee experiences
•Develop and execute virtual event production, including platform management, speaker coordination, compliance, and end-to-end webinar and hybrid delivery
•Manage event budgets with strong financial oversight; negotiate vendor contracts, communicate contractual terms and risks to stakeholders, and maintain accurate budget tracking and reporting
•Apply AI-enabled tools for workflow automation, attendee insights, and post-event analytics; build repeatable operational systems, templates, and processes that drive efficiency and reduce manual work
•Support integrated event marketing campaigns — including email invitations, event collateral, and visual brand identity — and ensure compliance with legal, insurance, health, and safety requirements
