Responsibilities
•Manage Tangem's participation at international events, including stand booking, contract negotiation, stand design and build, merchandise planning, shipping, and on-site logistics.
•Oversee the creation of in-store brand presence at major retailers (e.g. Virgin, Walmart, Best Buy).
•Source and manage local contractors, and handle the full process from design and production to installation.
•Lead the development of marketing videos for Tangem's website and partners, managing the full cycle with both internal and external teams.
•Manage end-to-end merchandise creation, from concept to production and delivery.
•Contribute to other creative marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
•Pushing and controlling the performers 24/7.
Requirements
•Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
•Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•Confidence in dealing with vendors, contractors, and partners.
•Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand representation.
Nice to have
•Proven experience in marketing, events, or retail project management is a plus.
