The Chief Client Officer also serves as Co Head of Market Intelligence, with a mandate spanning Client Coverage, Enterprise Marketing, Commercial Strategy & Partnerships, Kensho Data & Platforms, and functions including Legal, COO, and Client Experience (CX) with alignment across enterprise Technology.
The Impact
The Business Execution Lead keeps the Office's recurring work moving — gathering inputs and packaging the Weekly Briefing Pack and Analytics packs for the Chief Client Officer & Co-Head of Market Intelligence, coordinating executive readiness for meetings and events, and responding to ad hoc requests and priority initiatives. This hands-on role gives the Chief of Staff reliable, high-quality execution support and helps the Office run smoothly in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Own the Weekly Briefing Pack and the Chief Client Office and Market Intelligence Weekly Analytics packs end-to-end — gathering inputs, compiling and quality controlling materials, and driving continuous improvement.
•Build a clear, forward-looking view of the Chief Client Officer & Co-Head of Market Intelligence's week — meetings, objectives, context, and preparation needs.
•Translate priorities into clear work plans, milestones, and timelines, driving multiple workstreams simultaneously and building trusted working relationships across the Chief Client Office, Market Intelligence, Kensho Data & Platforms, and other stakeholders — setting clear expectations for quality, timing, and follow-through, and escalating early with clear context, options, and a recommended path forward on matters requiring strategic judgment or sensitive stakeholder management.
•Coordinate readiness for client meetings, speaking engagements, conferences, and leadership events wherever the Chief Client Officer & Co-Head of Market Intelligence is working or traveling — including London, New York, and other locations — partnering with local offices, the Executive Assistant, and relevant business and functional teams to ensure briefing materials clearly set out context, objectives, stakeholders, decisions required, and expected outcomes.
•Own the Office Stakeholder Matrix and maintain Office calendars, action trackers, and decision logs, giving stakeholders clear visibility into priorities, status, and outstanding requirements.
•Support Chief of Staff-led OpCo meetings, leadership forums, and offsites as requested — including readiness, materials, and action tracking — with increasing ownership as experience grows.
•Continuously improve recurring deliverables and office workflows, building repeatable processes and templates that reduce manual effort and improve consistency and scalability.
•Use AI and automation tools approved by S&P Global to support information gathering, summarization, content development, and quality checking, maintaining sound judgment, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable S&P Global requirements.
•Respond to ad hoc executive requests and support selected cross-functional priority initiatives.
What We're Looking For

•Proven experience driving execution in an executive office, Chief of Staff organization, PMO, business operations team, or similarly complex environment, with a demonstrated ability to navigate across functions, businesses, geographies, and levels of seniority to build alignment and get things done.
•Demonstrated ability to own recurring executive deliverables end-to-end and produce complete, accurate, executive-ready materials.
•Strong ability to assimilate information, synthesize key themes, identify gaps, and translate fragmented inputs into clear materials.
•Excellent project coordination, organization, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, meet tight timelines, and maintain attention to detail.
•Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information and executive level matters.
•Comfortable navigating sensitive or difficult topics with stakeholders at all levels, exercising tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment while maintaining trust and confidentiality.
•Experience with Microsoft 365 and AI productivity and workflow automation tools.
•A continuous-improvement mindset, strong personal accountability, and a commitment to proactive communication and follow-through.
