Описание: SoftConstruct develops AI solutions and uses machine learning, statistical analysis, and data-driven insights to support business strategies and products.
Задачи:
•Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms for AI solutions
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into business strategies and products
•Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision-making
•Support research initiatives and pilot projects evaluating new AI methodologies and technologies
•Document findings and methodologies and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
•Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data science and AI research
•Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Требования:
•Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
•At least 7 years of experience in data science or analytics, including at least 3 years focused on AI and machine learning projects
•Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis within an AI-focused environment
•Proficiency in Python and/or R, with strong hands-on skills in data manipulation and model building
•Solid understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and big data technologies
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
•Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
