Responsibilities
•Preparation of distributor end user and price claims data
•Maintenance of the Commercial Excellence database used by Analytics and Incentive teams
•Development of Excel based tools used by the Incentive team
•Work multi-functionally across WEU with commercial, functional, and local bids and tenders teams
•Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for the above listed tasks
•Collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders teams to ensure accuracy and transparency
•Perform WEU distributor price claims; working with Commercial partners for approval
•Work closely with the A2R team in Warsaw
•Processing of distributor end-user sales data to ensure accurate WEU reporting
•Provide local analytical support
Requirements
•University degree (Finance, economics preferred)
•Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills: MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPivot, Access)
•Proficient in English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged
•Demonstrate good interpersonal skills & confidence in sharing outputs with key partners across WEU; both written and verbal
•Excellent communication skills and intercultural attitude with the ability to communicate optimally with individuals from a variety of groups
•Demonstrate ownership for achieving results
•Ability to work autonomously with a drive and determination to succeed
•Flexible approach to problem-solving
•Open to change and always driving the optimization of processes; challenging existing processes and solutions
•Able to develop solutions and make recommendations based on analysis
