Description
An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support financial data integrity, reporting automation, and process improvements within a global Finance Operations team. The role focuses on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, data pipelines, financial systems integration, and analytics to improve month-end reporting and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
•Analyse financial data flows between ERP systems and connected reporting platforms.
•Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines and structured datasets.
•Improve month-end close processes through automation and data analysis.
•Build automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for financial KPIs.
•Establish data quality standards, validation controls, and data dictionaries.
•Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Data teams to improve reporting accuracy.
•Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
•Evaluate AI, automation, and process mining opportunities.
•Support financial data governance and master data management.
•Mentor colleagues and promote data literacy across finance teams.
Requirements
•Strong experience in data analysis, transformation, and reporting within finance or e-commerce environments.
•Understanding of financial accounting processes and Record-to-Report (R2R) operations.
•Advanced SQL, BigQuery, and spreadsheet skills.
•Experience with financial ERP systems such as Workday Finance or equivalent.
•Knowledge of financial reporting, data extraction, and automated dashboards.
•Experience with consolidation platforms such as OneStream.
•Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and financial controls.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
•Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
