•Identify cross-functional growth opportunities using customer insights, market data, and performance analysis.
•Own growth portfolio prioritisation based on expected business impact, cost, and implementation complexity.
•Monitor key performance indicators, including total orders, monthly active users, conversion, retention, customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per order (CPO), and order frequency.
•Partner with senior leadership, country teams, Product & Technology, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Finance to align growth priorities.
•Influence product roadmaps through opportunity sizing, experimentation results, and performance insights.

•Benchmark industry-leading experimentation practices and adapt them across global markets.
•Act as a senior subject matter expert in growth strategy, experimentation design, and impact assessment.
Requirements
•Demonstrable experience in growth strategy, performance management, experimentation, or a related analytical growth role at Staff level or above.
•Track record of owning a growth P&L or a significant share of incremental revenue or orders.
