Rhenus Shared Services France, based in Vaulx-Milieu, is recruiting an Accountant (M/F).
Reporting to the Accounting/Finance Director of the SSO France, you will be in charge of accounting management.
Main responsibilities
•Coding, entry via video-coding, payment and filing of purchase invoices
•Entry of cash transaction documents (issued checks, customer payments, etc.)
•Bank reconciliations
•Production of monthly actual results (monitoring and recording of closing entries)
•Analysis of variances between actuals and budget in collaboration with management controllers
•Justification and documentation of accounts for the annual balance sheet as of 12/31
•Preparation of VAT returns
•Creation and disposal of fixed assets
What You Bring
Here is what we are looking for in our future employee:
•A BAC+2 DUT/BTS degree in Accounting
•Significant experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is required
•Proficiency in SAP and the Office Pack is required
•A level of English is required (minimum A2 level)
•Good interpersonal skills, analytical mindset and rigor
The role in brief

•Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI), "Agent de Maîtrise" status
•Location: Vaulx-Milieu (Department 38)
•Compensation: between €30K and €32K gross annually, paid over 13 monthly installments depending on profile and experience
•Desired start: Early November
