In short

This role handles export shipments for a transport company, covering transport documentation, administration, invoicing and communication with customers, agents and carriers. It requires several years of experience in a similar transport role, strong communication and customer focus, administrative accuracy, and good command of Dutch and English (German is a plus). Knowledge of the road transport market, transport documents and agent networks is also expected.

You are responsible for handling export shipments, preparing transport documents, and performing the necessary administration, invoicing and communication regarding shipments of customers, agents and carriers.

What You Bring

The Transport Planner we are looking for already has several years of experience in a similar role in transport.

You are strong in communication, customer-oriented and have good social skills. You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages. German is a plus. In this role it is important that you can maintain good overview, are administratively strong and can respond proactively.

In addition, you have knowledge of and affinity with the road transport market, transport documents and agent networks.
