Responsibilities
•Demonstrate an understanding of each client's business model and funds flow to promote and upsell Unlimit's solutions
•Support onboarding for key clients across a range of industries
•Manage and grow the existing client portfolio, fostering long-term engagement and trust-based relationships
•Advise clients on products and payment rails, help optimize payment account activity, and resolve AML-related payment requests
•Collaborate with other departments to support client requests
Requirements
•2+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
•Work independently and demonstrate strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
•Experience with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs
•English communication skills are required
Nice to Have
•A university degree or equivalent
•Experience in banking, B2B, or corporate services
•Proficiency in another language
