Responsibilities
•Lead and develop the brand's men's division and coordinate the team
•Participate in employee recruitment and hiring
•Organize supply, logistics, sales, and operational processes
•Monitor financial performance and ensure the division meets its targets
•Identify opportunities to develop the men's collection and increase sales
•Consult with customers and present products effectively
•Manage and maintain the CRM system
•Monitor conversion rates, repeat sales, and KPIs
•Manage and develop the division's social media presence
•Participate in creating photo and video content for the men's division
•Participate in developing the content plan and implementing the SMM strategy
Requirements
•Sales experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or the premium segment
•Previous experience managing a team or a business division is an advantage
•Practical experience with CRM systems and social media platforms
•Confidence on camera, charisma, and a professional, presentable appearance
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively
•Content creation skills and a good understanding of social media marketing and promotion
•Proactive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and a results-oriented approach
•Nice to have: experience managing a team or a business division
